How to Make Your Town

Costs:

      • Town Creation: £250

      • Claim Each Plot: £25

      • Daily Upkeep per Plot: £10

      • Create Outpost: £500

Step 1: Making the Town

      • Stand where you want the town spawn to be

      • Type: /t new <TownName>

      • Cost: £250 (from your personal money)

Step 2: Funding Your Town

      • Type: /t deposit <amount>

      • Recommended: Deposit at least £1000

      • Important: All claiming and upkeep costs come from the TOWN bank, not your personal money

Step 3: Claiming Land

      • Press F3+G to see chunk borders (16x16 areas)

      • Stand in a chunk NEXT to your existing land

      • Type: /t claim

      • Cost: £25 per claim (from town bank)

      • Repeat to expand

Step 4: Making Outposts

      • Go to a remote chunk NOT connected to your town

      • Type: /t claim outpost

      • Cost: £500 (from town bank)

      • Then claim around it with normal /t claim

Remember: Check /town regularly to see your funds and upkeep costs!
